The silicone ring is a removable part, not a permanent fixture. It comes out for washing, is dried before reseating, and can be replaced on its own - so a container that is otherwise in good condition keeps sealing instead of being thrown away.

1550ml is printed alongside its 52.4 fl oz equivalent, which is what North American shoppers actually read on shelf. For importers selling into that market, it means one less conversion on packaging artwork and fewer customer questions about size.

Clip Lid, Clear Body

The latch-clip lid closes with a press and holds the ring compressed evenly around the rim, blocking air and humidity. Transparent walls let contents be identified from the front of the shelf without opening anything.

Vertical Storage, Square Footprint

The square body lines up edge-to-edge with its neighbours and stacks to use the height of a cabinet rather than spreading across the shelf. In compact kitchens that difference is what decides whether a cupboard closes.

Fill volume and footprint can be adjusted to the pack sizes your market buys in - including dual-unit marking (ml and fl oz) if your listings need it. We will assess whether an existing mould is close enough or new tooling is required.

04 - Custom Lid and Seal Design
Lid colour, clip structure and gasket material can be reviewed, along with material upgrades (different plastic grades, reinforced walls) to match your positioning on durability, safety or cost.

05 - Custom Retail Packaging
Retail cartons, gift packaging and shipping boxes can carry your branding, product copy and barcodes. Dual-unit capacity printing can be handled as part of the artwork if you sell across both metric and imperial markets.

THE SEAL IS SPECIFIED, NOT GENERIC

Gasket material, hardness and profile are written into the specification sheet rather than left to whatever fits - the detail that decides whether a container still seals after a year of use.

SAMPLES TESTED THROUGH WASH CYCLES

Samples are supplied so the ring can be removed, washed, dried and reseated repeatedly, with seal performance checked afterwards rather than on first use only.

Replacement silicone rings and lids can be ordered alongside or after the main shipment, so a retail programme can service its customers without writing off units.
